Initial Situation

This product was initiated by our CEO Lukas Obermann and Ms. Brigitta Möstl who is a well known business consultant with years of leadership experience. There was no existing tool, that could analyze employee's motivation and general well-being, as well as support maintaining a friendly but high productive environment.

We could excel with our great knowledge about scalable cloud systems and hands-on mentality when it comes to creating a great user experience according to the expectations of our customers.

Technological Approach

Here is a list of the tasks we took over for this project:

• Creating the overall technical concept
• Developing the user interface in coordination with Brigitta
• Implementing her ideas into the product
• Deploying the system as a scalable cloud service
• Maintaining the system

We decided to use Vue.js in the Frontend, as it would provide us with many great and flexible features to be mobile friendly as well as easy to implement. In the backend, we used the blazingly fast Node.js with MongoDB to provide the frontend with fast, reliable and secure communication.

Future Outlook

‍

The goal is to revolutionize how companies keep their hires and create a friendly but high productive environment for their staff. We think that the product will continue to grow in popularity over the next few years.
