The Situation
Stefanie Iser had built a loyal community around her stretching method. Personal trainings were consistently booked out - but her time was finite. 'I had more inquiries than hours in the day,' she recalls. Growth was only possible geographically: more cities, more travel stress. The Corona pandemic then made in-person training completely impossible. The business model was at risk.
The Solution
We developed a comprehensive digital platform for Sisers Stretching. It wasn't just about putting videos online - we built a complete ecosystem. The app includes smart progress tracking with personalized stretch suggestions, multi-platform support (iOS, Android, Web, Apple TV, Fire TV, Chromecast), community features for motivation and exchange, subscription management with flexible payment options, and an admin interface for content management.
The Approach
Sisers runs on a robust, scalable architecture: Flutter for consistent cross-platform app experience, Node.js/Express backend with MongoDB for flexible content management, custom video transcoder for optimized streaming in all qualities, Keycloak for secure authentication and user management.
